Michael P. Ross is the co-chair of the Cannabis Practice Group and a member of the Real Estate Group. He brings years of experience as a commercial real estate attorney, and previously, as a former elected official, to solving complex problems for his clients. He also has permitted numerous Cannabis Entities including Boston’s first adult-use retail establishment. Together with the Cannabis Practice Group, the team also assisted in the opening of the state’s first retail business, both in Massachusetts and in New York. He regularly appears before government boards and agencies in order to advance the needs of his clients.

Scot Candell
Mr. Candell graduated from the University of California at Berkeley, Boalt Hall School of Law, and received his undergraduate degree at Tufts University in Medford, MA. He is licensed to practice law in all California courts, the United States District Court for the Northern District of California, United States Court of Appeals for the 9th Circuit, and all New York State Courts. Mr. Candell presents lecture to various community groups throughout the bay area. He lives in Marin with his wife and two children. He Started his private law practice 15 years ago with a focus on Medical Marijuana.
